Kangaroo leather in a bright, saturated yellow, quilted into a diamond lattice with navy thread. The stitching is the whole design: every line is run separately, one pass at a time, and the slight variation where they meet is what you get when one person sews a bag rather than a factory turning out a run of them.

The body is domed rather than flat, so it holds its shape when empty. A curved flap closes onto a polished silver dome stud. Behind it, two heavy silver O-rings on stitched leather tabs take a strap, and a padded leather loop sits across the top if you would rather carry it in your hand.

Inside, the lining is the part nobody expects: tall ships under full sail, crossing a nebula in deep blue, magenta and ember orange.

Small. Made for a phone, a card and a key, not for a day's worth of belongings.

This is the one that comes with its own belt. The two silver O-rings on the back take it directly, so the bag sits at the hip where you can reach it without looking.

Made in Australia by the owner of the shop, and one of one. Cut and sewn on a sewing machine, one bag at a time rather than down an assembly line, so no two are the same — and when this one is gone there is not another like it.
